The feedtank is used in the boiler houses to store boiler feedwater and make-up water. It is also used to store the returned condensate from the plant. Steam is sparged into the feedtank with the help of steam spargers usually made from stainless steel material.

Our standard skid includes features such as NB approved CS construction, CS inlet steam spool with Temperature Control Valve, Steam/ HP Condensate sparger, SS Make-up spool, sight glass, Chemical Quill assembly, Feedwater pumps with suction/ discharge spools, Re-circulation loop, RTD, level controls, temperature gauge, and vents.

Feedwater Pump: We utilize vertical inline multistage Grundfos centrifugal pumps that are sized to meet and exceed you operating pressure, flow rate and NPSH based on customer requirements.

 Control System: Our UL508 panels are employed to monitor and control various parameters such as water level, pressure, temperature, and pump operation. Our standard assemblies come with RTD, Differential Pressure Transducer as primary safety for level control and Warrick probe as secondary safety for level control. 

Make-up Water Supply: Our SS304 make-up water spool comes with a 120V solenoid (on/off) control valve, bypass-loop with isolation valves, strainer and check valve for an interrupted make-up water supply.
